They finally put me through to someone's voice mail and that person must be on an extended leave because I'm still waiting on a call back. Imagine no management at the casino on duty as the casino is a 24/7 establishment.
I was mislead so I asked to speak to someone higher and of course no one was there higher up. I changed my reservations once in December and tried again in January because we couldn't make it to Vegas and spoke to several rude employees telling me my 95.00 is forfeited as I no longer could make changes.
After we made and online 'non refundable but changeable' reservation (didn't know it was non refundable so read fine print) they told me I could use the money I paid for the room and change the dates at any time.
